We have investigated the effect of a new tadalafil (TADAL) dose and a lower dose of sildenafil (SIL-SA) on the efficacy and side effects of Cialis in men with erectile dysfunction (ED) with a lower tadalafil dose.
We found that Cialis was superior to sildenafil at the dose of 10 mg or 20 mg, tadalafil 10 mg and tadalafil 20 mg. The incidence of side effects was also greater with the dose of Cialis than with the dose of sildenafil. There was no evidence of adverse events or other complications in the study group.
Tadalafil 10 mg and 20 mg was more effective than sildenafil 20 mg. In the presence of low tadalafil doses, the efficacy of Cialis may be reduced in the presence of ED.
